To me, I find it pretty telling how people act in front of the media. Lots of shit have been said about grigson in public and he always takes the high road. You can take that 2 ways. Either he was the devil he was portrayed or he has some integrity and keeps it to himself like a man.

From everything we know of Grigson and mcafee, I can think of no reason to doubt this story. It seems completely consistent of what we know about Grigson and how he operated.

I like McAfee and he was great, but he quit on the team. I couldn't stand Grigson. I'll never know both sides of the story, but nothing would surprise me coming from West 56th last season.

You could tell from the players (current or former) who responded when he got fired that a lot of people didn't like him. That matches up with what media and others have said, that he was an arrogant dick. Fuck him for putting himself over the team and then blaming shit on other people like McAfee.
