I work out every single day of the week, sans weekends. I am within 15 pounds of my playing weight in school. Six months ago, I went to local training gym and started sparing with some of the youngers guys that are training for MMA (I am a blackbelt in Krav-Maga, and boxed as a young man.) They don't hurt me to bad. LOL. I feel better than I have felt in years. I used my age to avoid getting back in shape ...... now I embrace it.

A disease I never heard of until she was diagnosed with it. Definitely a shock to the system. It was a year this month it is still so surreal. I was numb for a long time, and very angry. People avoided me I was so angry. I'm good now.
