He certainly makes you want to root for him to succeed. Still think this is a crazy disaster, but if it somehow works out, can you imagine how this could affect future coaching searches in the league?
I think I heard this on NFL radio but they mentioned that the coaching trees create a lot of similar candidates. That he just up and went outside the system to find someone.
