As I said in the game thread, Ballard out, Reich out, Jim Irsay out. All high priced/salaried players out. Try to get first round picks for Taylor and Leonard, and if you can't, trade them for what you can get. Start Ehlinger and hopefully draft a franchise QB for the future in the next draft. Obviously can't test this hypothesis but I would venture to guess this team could win 9 of the remaining 13 just by firing Frank right now. The talent is there for this team, but they need someone that is better at this than him.

The final 2 minutes, dude literally managed the clock so bad that they only had to get ONE first down in the final two minutes to seal it.

The guy is clearly bad at motivating these guys and he makes so many bad decisions in the game it is crazy.

I don't think so. The rot is too deep now. It's so deep it's making Taylor suck.
