He just turned 31 years old on June 1st 2017.

He has played in 131 NFL games, started 117 of them all with Tampa Bay (6 seasons) and Baltimore (3 seasons). He was traded to SF during this past off season and released just this week when SF decided to go with Dan Kilgore and Tim Barnes at OC.

He has started every game he has played in during the last 5 NFL seasons.

Has played 16 of 16 games in 4 of those seasons with his 2015 season being cut short after 9 games due to a shoulder injury that put him on IR. He started all 16 games for Baltimore last season and went to the pro-bowl.

He was paid $3.5m in 2016.

Colts have just under $21m in free cap space. Back out $1m for spots 52 and 53 on the roster, $1.2m for the practice squad and around $3m for in-season "churn" space and the Colts have around $16m with which they could sign new free agents.

Honestly, sounds like a better solution for interior line depth that Schwenke for 2017 since he sounds like he is healthy. I like Schwenke for the long-term but if he cannot play right now...

Walk Worthy,
