I wouldnt. Without considering the cap, he’s an older guy who will take reps away from some young guys we ned to develop for this season and the future.

I think we could use another vet in there somewhere. If history is an indicator, we may not stay healthy there. However I don’t know if Tate is that guy. Would rather have a big body type. Anyway I think Tate wants to play with Stafford, and I doubt we will sign anyone.

Let's see how TC and the pre-season shake out before adding anymore vet FA's.

If some of the young guys don't look like serious threats to be positive contributors or injuries' hit a position group, then yes by all means get someone who has a proven track record and can come in and contribute right away.
