Th O-Line is better. The TE position is better. The speed at LB is night and day. A healthy Geathers and Hooker makes the safety position better. I really don't think that we are worse than last season at any position group except possibly WR.
That's why I picked 10-6.

I don't think it's that linear. New coaches are good, but new schemes mean mistakes. Luck being back is good, but he will be rusty for a while. And his WRs look bad.
And we have a tougher looking schedule this year.
I don't think 10 wins is impossible but it would be a pleasant surprise.
