Most have dropped off this thread but I am staying especially for the possibility of the Colts trading up .............. For a RT so Dam needs a straight jacket

Because the pick isn’t made in a vacuum. It’s made after Ballard ignored the line in two free agency periods and a previous draft. And the pick took away a difference maker for a D that sorely needs one. I can’t understand how you can value a guard so much that he’s worth a #6 pick but don’t see one as worth overpaying in free agency.

Let me ask you this - how many guards currently in the league would be worth the #6 pick in the draft? What about defensive players?
