Coordinators come and go, thats life in NFL. If the HC doesnt have a “specialty” on O or D, that shouldn’t be a problem. We need someone to come in and run the show, make good game time decisions, hold people accountable, etc. No more clapping and ass grabbing.

Well IMO Luck and this offense has had their lifetime in OC's and scheme changes. Give me an OC that brings his own system until Luck has won 2-4 SB's and has retired

How long do you think either coordinator would be here? They would get scooped for a HC job somewhere.

My opinion is we need to hire someone like McDaniels or Nagy who would control one side of the ball... as a play caller or has brought in his offense and has a OC to run it, and if that OC gets hired away, the scheme stays the same and the HC could call plays if needed.

This team needs an offensive minded HC more than it needs a defensive minded coach.

i get your point but i don't see it as being necessary. subtle changes to an offense is fine.

i think people get way too worked up over manning staying in one system.
