Two thoughts on the OP:

1) We don't know they'll be a base 3-4 next year. 4-3 DEs are also in play.
2) It takes two to tango. Just because you want to trade down from 1.03 doesn't mean you'll get a good trade offer. IMO, a GM would be foolish to give up significant value to move up to get one of Barkley/Chubb/QB#3.
