Well, he went out on his shield ........ it was an excellent play and an extremely admirable effort on Turbin's part to try to pick up what was (at the time) a crucial/much-needed first down late in the 4th quarter of a one-possession game.

Unfortunately, the Colts failed to pick up the half yard that was needed on the ensuing 4th down play ........ literally adding insult to injury.
