The Colts need to appoint a committee of Polian, Manning and Dungy to find a President of Football Operations.

I would suggest somebody like Pete Carroll. Then, at that point, that person would be the presumptive voice of the organization. Because whoever is the voice now, does not have a clue.

The PFO would have full reign to fire, hire, promote, cut or sign anyone that they think will change the Colts culture back to it's former glory.
