I will point out again Ballard downplaying vets because he expect his coaches to set the culture. It was one of the first things that turned me off about him. That and his gifting of positions to young players and his plan to slow roll team building with Luck on the roster. Those three things told me he was going to be a shit GM. And he’s proven to be exactly that. He’s built a roster full of decent players who lack leadership and accountability. He’s failed AR way more than AR has failed the team. Those things from AR are a symptom of Ballard’s leadership.

Totally agree. The removal of that fucking arrogant scumbag would IMMEDIATELY improve this team. The dude is a con man, a fraud, and complete and total blow hard with nothing behind it but fucking unwarranted hubris. IMO, he is perhaps the worst GM in all of sports. I cannot wait to see the headline announcing he has been removed from the building.
