There’s not a lot Bullock could have done there except literally dive out of the way, and that goes against everything he’s been taught his entire life.

They specifically called it helmet-to-helmet, so we will have to wait to see the replay to see if he hit him with his chest and/or face-mask (legal), or if he dipped his head and hit him with the crown of his helmet (illegal.)
