I finally got off of my lazy ass and read the trouble shooting guide.
All my issues were my fault. They have since been corrected by reading the TSG. One of my biggest problems was that my firestick had way too many apps that took up all my available space. I have since replaced them with a Firestick 4k MAX with double the available space. Another great point in the TSG was to do weekly maintenance. This tv service is working great now.
