Kelly had better play a hell of a lot better this season than last year if he wants to remain on the Colts. He counts $14.6M against the cap in '24, would be a $12.4M savings if released, and he obviously performed well under his contract in '22.

Even if Kelly's performance was the 16th best in the league last year, which I find hard to believe, he's still the 5th highest paid OC in the league (and 2nd in total guaranteed money). That's a really shitty return on investment.
