No way the Bears pick a QB...so I'm not even sure the Texans need to tank, but it appears Mills finally got the message!

The only thing is if the Bears get the #1 pick, and the Colts are stupid enough to trade up, the Bears might be willing. The Texans wouldn't make that trade.

For a guy I thought was terrible and shouldn't have been in the NFL, he carved himself out a nice career. Good for him.
