Harbaugh made an "official" statement that he's staying at Michigan. I saw it on r/Colts if anyone is interested. Colts reddit

It would be ironic (and refreshing) if this wound up being the reverse of what most coaches in that kind of situation do ...... they often leave just as the shit is about to hit the fan, and the school (rather than the coach) winds up holding the bag and paying the price. Harbaugh probably has/had a good chance to leave such a situation, but may wind up choosing to stay instead. If that sequence of events comes to fruition, that would be the most interesting scenario to wind up playing out. o

Think he also said no one knows what the future holds. Probably to placate their recruits. I'm sure he will still listen to offers.

Saints have given the Broncos permission to interview Sean Payton.
Sean McVey might be losing the Rams job. Anybody interested in him? I'd definitely have interest.

I just don't know. Rams mortgaged their future to give him a loaded team to win the SB, & he did, but he won't have anything close to that with the Colts.

Nope, he won a SB there. If you're getting a retread, you want it to be a Tony Dungy or Andy Reid type. A clearly great head coach who never won it all for whatever reason.

I assume he meant before they won as an example. Dungy and reid were both well established and somewhat successful before they changed teams and then won the SB.
