The Texans have had a crazy interview process.
It now appears that they are going to drop the "Associate" from Lovie's title and make him the Head Coach even though he wasn't one of the three finalists for the job. I assume that the GM Caserio still wanted to have a coach's headset on game days and that turned some coaches off. Also have to wonder if Flores lawsuit impacted the final decision as well.
