That is mathematically true, but I don't feel that that is true overall ...... the Patriots have been the hottest team in the NFL as of late, and the Titans are without their best player (Derrick Henry.)

I think that the Colts actually have a better chance at catching and overtaking the Titans than they do at beating the Patriots in their upcoming game and finishing ahead of them in the overall AFC standings.
