I don't like the fact that Jimbo only went halfway in with the retractable roof when the stadium was built. He sprung for the roof, but he didn't pay for waterproof scoreboards and a drainage system. If he had, they could keep the roof open most of the time, and close it only when the weather is very inclement ...... instead, it's the opposite. They way that it is now, the conditions have to be ideal in order for them to open it.

I wonder if they could have had real grass in there? Honestly, Colts fans would have a fit without air conditioning and comfortable shade.
