Dodds has now withdrawn from the Carolina GM job search.
Earlier this season, the beat writers were saying that Dodds likes Indy and working with Ballard. Dodds also knows that he will probably only have one shot at being a GM - so he is being extremely picky about which job he goes after. https://twitter.com/JoelAErickson/st...89149989068804 Quote:

Anyone notice that Josh McDaniels is conspicuously absent as a head coaching candidate this year? Haven't heard of even one team seeking to interview him.
