The Colts have a person in their front office that only assesses the mental aspect of each player in the draft process. They would've taken Eason off their board if they didn't feel he had the work ethic and character to succeed in the NFL. That's something no one but front offices have the ability to assess, so you have to trust that they made that call correctly, and it's something they've been fairly good at assessing.
