Maybe I am missing the "we want to win right now" thing. the RIGHT WAY...not RIGHT AWAY. They had Dungy on the radio earlier this week when he was in town and he mentioned that he was glad that Ballard is trying to get the franchise back to that. Irsay also said it when he was in the booth in the first half.
