I know I come across as extreme, and yes, I am quite extreme in a lot of ways. But, it is a manifest of passion. I do have great passion for this team. I love this franchise, I give it equally as much positive energy when good things happen as I do raging fury when shit goes bad. I am confident that at games where I am giving it hell, few can run aside me- and if they do, I will probably just shoulder check them into the 2nd row and chug a beer over them for the fucking fun of it!

Sadly for me, the quantity lately has been so damn heavy on the negative side. I do not understand at all the plan, nothing seems to be well choreographed, nothing seem strategic, nothing seems to make any sense. I really don't feel like it has, since dumb ass Ballard has been behind the wheel. Decisions seem either completely telegraphed with no real structure to support the decision (AR), or they seem completely fucking overthought and lacking any type of vision (bringing Rivers in for a few games last year because "he knows the system"...). When you go below him, at least for me, I just see more of his confused and unscheduled vision. Who the fuck drafts a LB in the 2nd round who was championed as a leadership ready plug and play guy, and then the DC basically says he sucks and isn't worthy of being on the field---- AND THEN COUPLE THAT WITH THE GUYS THAT ARE PLAYING----- SUCK? Who the FUCK does that other than this incredibly ill fitted group of idiots? Yeah, my silly hypothetical conversation is wayyyyyy over the top, but damn we look like an SNL skit in the real world of the NFL!

I've been in some very significant organizations, and some pretty sizable roles with big responsibilities. I have seen the good and been able to recognize when leadership is so good that you KNOW things are going to work out because they are just that good. Conversely I have seen the bad. I have seen the dysfunction reach levels where basically each day you show up, go in your office, lock the door, pretend you are busy for as long as you can stomach being their that day, collect a pay check, go home and just sort of laugh at how incredibly fucked up things are. To me, that's this version of the Colts. A terribly dysfunctional union of people that aren't very good at leading and in turn, all the people and things they are responsible for, reflect that huge leadership deficit at the top. My over the top idiocy is essentially just a very loud vote of no confidence. People need to be fired for being this shitty over an evidentiary period that proves this isn't a fluke, this is who the fuck they are!

The question I’d pose is who out there was a better option than Lawson? Clowney signed with Houston, and Joey Bosa seems to be hard at work, trying to figure out how to stay out of the water on nasty par 5’s.

Does he look for guys who played for him? Sure. There’s nothing wrong with that, especially at this moment in the season. He runs a complicated system, and we need someone ready to contribute, not someone who has to spend the rest of October, trying to figure out the playbook.

Besides, the past two weeks have seen improvement, both on the scoreboard and in the stat sheet. Aside from a 35 yard scramble by Mariota, they held Washington to 65 yards on the ground. Against the Texans, it was 60. Stroud managed right around 165 yards through the air, and save for a couple of coverage gaffes, the Commanders were hard pressed to crack the century mark.

Oh hell no, ride or die with this fucking thing. I'll go into the grave losing my voice and crying tears of joy (Jim sporting the top hat hoisting the Lombardi in like -3 weather on the parade) while simultaneously screaming that someone should beat the shit out of the idiot for even breathing (Caldwell calling the worst TO ever in sports). Yeah, this shit is part of the DNA! As I know it is for you as well, and pretty much all of us diehards here on the Freaks!

I had a funny encounter a dozen years ago. I was working, and it was a sort of dress like you want, casual Friday thing. So I shed the usual corporate costume and put on my Peyton Manning jersey and Colts cap.

About mid afternoon, I got to talking to a sweet old lady, very nice, who let it drop that her nephew had played for the Colts. When I asked who, she told me that it was Hank Baskett.

Such an odd name to , for a guy who couldn't catch a cold and probably dropped his own baby.

Wow. For a woman, she had some set of balls admitting that.

You throat punched her and kicked her in the nether region and then said "I hope you deliver that to Hank from all of us Colts fans" right?

Man let's sign up for some more of them Lou boys!

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPLSBQKCB/

Holy hell, how can this really be happening to the team I love!

Never in a million years could you have convinced me that we could accomplish this trio of tragedy:
- Gryan Grigson>Chris Ballard
- Frank Reich>Shane Steichen
- Gus Bradley>Lou Anarumo

Man, in all three instances I thought there was no possible way to find someone worse, and man we have outdone ourselves, we have fucking found the absolute worst of all time and have them all three here AT THE SAME DAMN TIME!

This is the one post, in the aftermath of that debacle that I wholeheartedly agree with. The LB core could very well be worse than last year.

Ballard can't fall back on his usual mantra of, and I paraphrase here, Loooook their young, they're going to have their ups and downs, how are they going to get better, if they don't play?

The rookies haven't been playing! So obviously hus draft plan was a bust!
