The Raiders calling a timeout was two-fold ........ it allowed them to set up their defense AND preserve time in the event that they stopped the Colts on 4th down.

Yeah, but their one win is against a good Eagles team.

But, yeah, that Super Bowl two years ago really did some serious damage to them. They still haven't recovered.
