I see you are in favor of tanking for a new QB.

If Pagano hadn't retired after his second season as the Bears DC, he would have likely been fired from the job.

How is the GM there not under fire for hiring Meyer? Did Shaud hire Urban on his own? Either way, why would you want to be the HC if the GM is a rubber stamp for an own who doesnt understand football?
