The Texicant's uniforms are awful, almost as bad as the Charger Bananas.

I’m trying to figure out which one of these teams winning benefits the Colts more

The Texans winning would benefit the Colts more. If the Texans beat the Bills, it will be Buffalo's 4th loss of the season. If the Texans beat the Bills and the Colts fail to hold off the Texans for the AFC South division title, then the Colts will have nobody to blame but themselves ...... the Colts are 8-2, and they control their own division title destiny with a rather significant cushion. Teams that are 8-2 shouldn't need outside help to hold off a team within their division that started the season at 3-5, as the Texans did before barley getting by the Jaguars and the Titans. o

The first priority is always to win the division and a Texans loss would help more in that regard. Buffalo is only one game ahead of Houston in the standings and would pose no threat to us until the playoffs. If the Texans win tonight, they’d only be two games back in the win column, with two games left against us. Houston is a far bigger threat to us in terms of making the playoffs than Buffalo is. We should definitely be rooting for Buffalo. Last edited by Hoopsdoc; 11-20-2025 at 11:02 PM. |

The Colts are 8-2. If they can't hold off the Texans for the division title, regardless of the outcome of tonight's game, then they suck ...... and if the Colts suck, they won't be going anywhere in the playoffs, anyway. The Colts need to be thinking about trying to get one of the top-2 seeds in the playoffs, not about the easiest path to a division title in a division that is mediocre. Josh Allen and the Bills are a proven perennial contender, and getting a higher playoff seed than the Bills would mean that a potential playoff game between the 2 teams would be played in Indianapolis instead of Buffalo ...... to me, that's a lot more important than hoping that a team that started the season at 3-5 catches the Colts, who started the season at 8-2. o

There was literally NO benefit to us in the Texans winning last night and it would have been WAY better for us if they had lost. That’s not even debatable. |

Th game last night was pretty meaningless as far as playoffs. This site lays it all out. Last edited by DragonTails; 11-21-2025 at 12:28 PM. |

If Jones doesn't make a half-dozen turnover worthy plays (which he's done the past two games), then frankly, some of these teams don't scare me.
You have to show up and play, and the football isn't round, blah, blah... so anything can happen. But we lost to the Texans by 2 and 3 points last year with our QB throwing a combined 19/51 (37%) including gifting a touchdown right before halftime in the second game. |
