At this point with this bad coaching, Luck coming back is low on the list of priorities for this team.
As they start to fall further behind in the standings and don't fire Pagano, its pointless for him to be on the field. |

I understand this overly-protective line of thinking, but consider it this way. Can you reverse a culture of players being too soft by actively tanking and not playing healthy leaders?
