He potentially has a good situation coming up for his career. Assuming our next HC is either offensive or can bring in a good OC that fits Luck's skills and can be tailored to our playmakers, Brisset will be in good position to learn that mental side, play in a good system that protects the QB and let's him use his strengths. He could develop into a solid starter, which is good for the team (draft picks) and for him (even bad starting QBs make lots of money). And in the meantime we have a strong backup QB when we need it.
None of this can happen with the current trash coaching staff.
