Let me guess

“Turnovers are on me”

“We’ll get it cleaned up”

I don’t know if you watch basketball, but my saving grace is the Pacer season begins Wednesday

On DJ we started seeing the issue last season before he got hurt. Sadly I think it just who he is.
Disagree on your take of the Sauce and TRich trades. Obviously agree that the TRich trade was bad, but we "only" gave up the 26th pick in the 2014 draft for TRich who was a bad player.

Ballard gave up 16th pick in this years draft, likely a top 5 pick in next years draft, and a player who had worn out his welcome here but has actually been productive on his new team for an average CB who can't stay healthy.

I know I'm using hindsight here, but when you add it up the Sauce trade is definitely worse.

It doesn't m matter what we think. It has to be apparent to Carlie, that this should be a total rebuild. Get as much as you can for vets, and move on. The entire organization must be turned upside-down.

That’s fair. I try not to use hindsight on these things. I thought the TR trade was bad when it was made. Sauce seemed like an overpay but considering where the team was at the time it was justifiable. You are right though - the end costs for Sauce will likely make it a more damaging trade long term.

Shane Steichen won't last the season, and Chris Ballard and Daniel Jones will be gone between now and Week 1, 2027

Overreaction or reality: Reality

Not soon enough.

I don’t know the answer for righting this ship, but Hones and Steichen seem to be in way over their heads. Same with Lou. But they say Jones is still QB1, so I guess they think he can be salvaged. I have some real doubts.

As long as Steichen is coach, Jones will be the quarterback. I’m pretty sure of that. Steichen loathes AR.

And that's why they both need to be gone.

The media is rally jumping on this, too. Maybe that will force a mid-season change of GM and coaches--or at least create a vacancy and fire sale.

Really good articles out there about dumping players and coaches plus the GM.

The articles and Buckner’s post game comments should be putting huge pressure on the organization to make changes. But they’ve let it get to this point so I doubt anything changes until the offseason.
