If you are going to decline the 10-second run-off, you need to follow that up by calling a timeout, and not letting the 49ers bleed the clock 2 plays later.

Now the Colts have no time to try to get into field goal range.

Of fucking course. Fire Pagano's piece of shit worthless ass right now. Damn near blew a 14 point 4th quarter lead at home to the shitty Browns a few weeks ago and now he just blew a 14 point fourth quarter lead at home to the shitty 49ers. I know it's going to OT and we can still win, but this guy can't coach his team to the finish line to save his fucking life.
