(vs. BEARS, 11/19/23) If the Lions beat the Bears today, it will be the first time since 1991 that they would have 8 wins before Thanksgiving Day ...... those 1991 Lions made it to the NFC Championship game, and it (1991) was also the season in which a partially-paralyzed Mike Utley gave the thumbs-up signal to the Lions fans in the stadium as he was being carted off of the field.  o
