A couple of observations:
Ballard absolutely owns the draft room. Every scenario has been hashed out days in advance, so that there is no debate on draft day and Ballard makes the selection. My favorite selections outside the 1st rd were, Brents, Downs, Adebawore and Rush. Has Irsay gotten his hair dyed? What happened to the gray. He has to walk with a cane now? Damn Steichen looks like a cross between Adam Gase and Andrew Luck. Hopefully he performs more like Luck than Gase.
