i don't think anyone is bringing back kaepernick. although it would be very interesting how that reaction would go. the jackass in me would like to see that insanity happen.

I'm fine with it if he can play. Don't care about the politics.

win a spot if he can, i have no problem at all. i just doubt a guy being out of football that long would succeed. especially since he wasn't striving when he was blacklisted

He was on a downward trajectory when he got blackballed. Yeah I doubt he can come back after that much time off. But he would be a stopgap regardless not the future of the franchise.

there's no way, its been 6 years since he was on a roster, but if memory serves, he barely played in his last 2 seasons

I don't want Harbaugh for several reasons. He and Ballard are too much alike in personality and in philosophy. They are both high strung alpha males that look threw a small lens. They value traits, like height, speed and all the other measurables way too much.

The reason BP and Dungy did so well at drafting, was that Dungy was the ying to BP's yang. There is no way that Ballard or Harbaugh would ever draft a TY Hilton, Robert Mathis, Dwight Freeney or Bob Sanders.

I would far prefer him over the three that are there now.

Granted, that's more damning with faint praise than anything.
