You believe we didn't have the talent to beat Jacksonville? I don't think it was a talent problem, except at QB. I will give you that Ballard deserves a lot of responsibility for our QB situation however.
The fact that we got the shit kicked out of us by a 2-14 team definitely points to a lack of talent. I do agree that Ballard is the least of the problems. I would say in order it's Wentz, Reich, Eberflus, then Ballard.
