The sad thing there is no shortage of bad coaching in the NFL.

Get use to it because Frank isn't going anywhere. We're stuck with him for a few years.

Yes, but if I am Irsay, I'm coming down telling Reich, you're still the head coach but you need to hand off the play calling duties because you fucking suck at it. You can tell the players love Reich, and he is good at everything else. But if Reich balks, let him walk, he's killing this damn good team.

On another note, how atrocious was the tackling today? Highlighted by the last Fournette TD. Play that stands out much earlier was after the Paye sack, 3rd and 8 and that dumb prick Gronk converts after some awful tackle attempts.

I don’t think you can take the play calling away from him without firing him. We just need to not commit 5 freaking turnovers. He’s better than the Pep Hamilton’s we’ve suffered through. |

I think the offense is hamstrung this season with all the time Wentz missed in preseason and it being his first year.
I expect this offense to be quite a bit better next season. |

This hypothesis of the 2021 and 2022 Colts is mildly similar to the plight of the Patriots in 2020 and 2021. Last year, the Patriots looked rather pedestrian in finishing with a 7-9 overall record in a COVID-affected season without Tom Brady. But in 2022, with a full year of having been able to adjust to life without him, they look like a juggernaut that is a bona-fide contender for the AFC championship and a Super Bowl appearance. o
