One huge thing is how they have gotten Rivers to change. Earlier in the year he was trying to do too much like he did with the Chargers and was throwing picks. They got him to trust that he doesn't need to do that with this team and it's made a huge difference. Great coaching.

The kid can run, block, and catch passes. Sounds like a true three-down back. While I love Hines and Wilkins (and Mack), I'm so glad they got this guy.
