Yes.

And it's also good to see the Colts in (at least) the top 50% ........ granted that this is just Bill Barnwell's rat's ass of an opinion, but for what it's worth, at least one sportswriter that follows/analyzes pro football sees the Colts at a major advantage within their own division in the off-season category.
