DJ Against the Chiefs

The quote from a NFL.com article:

Daniel Jones had his worst day as a Colts passer, going 19-of-31 for 181 yards (season low), two passing touchdowns and a 99.0 passer rating.

Say what you want about DJ, but the fact that his WORST day of the season was a 99.0 rating is pretty crazy.

I am still on the fence about him. I do not think he is a QB that can will your team to a victory when all the other chips are down. I think he is a solid game manager that can direct and offense that he is not the center of.

But, then, I said the same thing about Tom Brady the first seven or eight years of his career. Product of the system; not a "real" NFL QB. What the heck do I know?

Anyway, I still think the majority of this loss was on coaching, not the players on the field. 1 rush, 8 passes in the 4th quarter when we had the lead and needed to bleed the clock.

We will not succeed in the rest of the season if SS cannot learn from his mistakes.
