Seems to me Ballards fatal flaw at the moment is giving the coaches too much control in the selection of players process.

Shane hitched his wagon to Daniel Jones and Alec Pierce dictated the team’s entire direction this offseason knowing he was injured.

Ballard could’ve very easily said fuck both of you, good luck getting deals elsewhere I’ll let Richardson and Leonard battle for the starting job and use the rest of the available money to put talent around them.

I’ll draft a WR in the 2nd round to replace you Pierce, Jonathan Taylor makes the offense go not Pierce.

And on the defensive side of the ball letting Lou sign all the old Bengal rejects is a joke. There’s obviously a huge disconnect there

BTW- I am 100% in favor of the change to my title. I do in fact talk out of my ass, as do I believe EVERY one of us on here. Consider that we are not being paid to spend our time commenting about a sports team and about the closest we get to influencing a damn thing about said team is instead SPENDING our hard earned money to yell about them, positive or negative, on an internet message board.
