Big Joe is always measured and balanced but make no mistakes he's pretty disgusted with this bunch......players ANd coaches. It's also clear that he is still regularly in that locker room from the things he says. Some quick thoughts from what I remember over the last few weeks can be bundled in a few categories:

1.leadership.......he talks a lot about the leadership void among the talent. Some of that is based on 50percent of the roster being turned over and not having many vets. Among the defense he says Butler is the most vocal natural leader but he's lost his starting position. He's is extremely impressed with the respect that Jacoby has commanded in the locker room on both sides of the ball. He really thinks he will develop into something nice.
2. Fundamentals......no surprise it bugs the shit out of him that basic tackling is a perpetual issue with the Pagano era....he puts that on players and coaches
3.preparation/discipline....this is where his primary critique of Pags and his coaches are....nothing that we haven't discussed and frankly I don't want to rehash.

He believes that when andrew is ready he needs to play even if there is nothing left to play for.....He agrees it's time for Pagano to go......it pisses him off that Ty and Moncrief were clowning it up and giggling like little girls in the locker room yesterday after that embarrassment when their teammates were more visibly upset with the loss.....again that leadership thing. Every Tuesday he has AC on his show and he asks him what happened but he's not a dick about it. The interesting thing is last week Castanzo admitted that neither the players or the coaches had ready answers for why they keptt imploding in the second halves. I will be listening tomorrow and I'm sure there will be some interesting nuggets I'm happy to share if you are interested.

Oh, meant to share he thinks it's ludicrous that Pagano keeps the vets in when you clearly have better talent that needs to get in and have the opportunity to develop......not gonna name all the names.....you know who they are.....we all know who they are
