What evidence is there that Chris Ballard hates his employer ??? With the exception of Andrew Luck's final season in 2018 and the Philip Rivers season in 2020, the Colts have been mediocre or bad in every one of their seasons under Ballard ...... yet, you are claiming that Ballard hates the very people who keep him on board in spite of this mediocrity, which makes no sense at all.
Throughout numerous underachieving seasons in which Colts fans and the media have called for Ballard's firing, Jim Irsay repeatedly issued strong public votes of confidence, protecting Ballard's job when most NFL GM's would have been let go ...... why would Irsay do this if there was evidence dating back to January of 2017 that Ballard hated him ???
If Chris Ballard does indeed "hate the Irsays", why the hell would Jim Irsay keep him around for all of the years prior to his death ??? The late Jim Irsay did not impress me as some passive weakling that would tolerate a GM that hated him.
