Being in that locker room has go to be miserable. We've all been there, a disaster of an environment and you and a co-worker or two say "hey you want to go grab some beers"?
So you go to a local dive bar, get a corner booth away from the crowd, and just start riffing on the insane shit happening at the job---- there has to be so much of that shit happening inside that org right now. So many people have go away to get this shit back on track.
