The Bills and Bears guys both sound really intriguing. Stay far away from the Eagles analytics guy from Harvard- we're dying under the weight of what appear to be some really smug analytics based morons (why do we keep repeating the sins of the past?).
At this point, given what we really need is a full blown culture remake, give me the grizzled vet in Agnew. A football lifer who might come in and get a little Polianesque in his waning years- get aggressive and get the fuck out of my way type. Let Carly interact with someone that will probably say "let me tell you how these guys really think and this is how we fire them up" vs right now what seems to be a culture of "me and Shane want them to think like this, so we're having to do a lot of training with them, to get them to see things the right way; Lou's system is great, it really is, they just need help to see it that way".
Then go get someone in the Shanahan coaching tree, or get one of Cigs coordinators, or fucking give Freeman 1/4 ownership of the franchise to leave ND. Get a HC and some coordinators that aren't fascinated with insane complex bullshit and finesse but instead just like to fucking get in street fights because they will punch you in the nuts and bash your head in with a brick while you sit there scrutinizing every step looking for an "advantage".
