Herbert would have had great tools to work with behind a really good Offensive Line. Ballard wouldn’t have had to expend as much effort on the position and, maybe, with a high powered offense in hand, they might have ante’ed up for Micah Parsons. If the had, the sky would have been the limit.
Yea, Ballard has been willing to take big risks and bid deals to spend 1st round picks trading for DT and CB..why not for a QB?
