I blame Steichen more than anyone else though. He has no idea what to do when our opponents start getting aggressive w/ blitzes, and it leads to Jones becoming a deer in the headlights. |
I wouldn't say anything deer in the headlights. Because Jones never seems to flinch. IMO, Steichen needs to give him better options or more freedom, ala PM.
So yeah Steichen needs to improve in that area.
