Even if the Colts lose twice to the Texans, they’d still have a better shot at making the playoffs if the Texans had lost last night.
Buffalo is no threat to us until the playoffs, at the earliest.
What you’re saying makes no sense.

The Colts having more of a cushion to finish with one of the top-2 seeds in the playoffs was the benefit of the Bills losing last night. Buffalo now has 4 losses, and the Colts only have 2.
The Colts are 2 and-a-half games ahead of the Texans ...... and if the Colts can't hold off the Texans with a 2 and-a-half game lead more than halfway into the season, they aren't going to be good enough to win the conference championship and make it to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2009 anyway.
So if you're rooting for the Colts to hang another AFC South division title banner in the building, you were rooting for the Bills last night. If you are rooting for the Colts to hang an AFC Championship banner and possibly another Super Bowl banner in the building, you were rooting for the Texans. I was rooting for the latter.
