Our player, instead of being satisfied with the turnover that he had, tried to lateral to a teammate to get more yards. Tennessee recovered the attempted lateral/fumble, so they got a new set of downs.
And even though they incorrectly ruled that Levis fumbled, it would not have mattered anyway because the defensive player that tried to lateral the ball to his teammate caught the ball ...... he had both of his arms underneath the ball, not allowing it to hit the ground.
