We need to make a change, and should have done so already, but i am not sure that bringing new guys in now, who would not be the No. 1 option at the end of this year is a good idea either.

You don't make a new hire in-season, but you can fire a moron coach in-season. You just let one of the assistant coaches take over as interim. They have several who have been head coaches previously on staff. They can fill in. Pagano needs to be gone though. It sucks that it has even come to this. They should have fired that fucking moron in the offseason. I don't care about the argument that was made about "new systems" with Luck injured. Pagano gone = better for the future.
